Mews Apartment - Renovation/Alteration, Malvern

After finding the apartment was riddled with mould issues thanks to a leaking sewer line and faulty windows, the client needed to remediate the issues, renovate and alter this one bedroom apartment within a short time-frame of 7 weeks. With a limited budget, the rooms were transformed from dark and closed-off spaces to bright, open and comfortable living areas with a large BIR for the bedroom, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area, ample storage and plenty of plumbing stop valves in case of any future issues.
